Vladimir Grigoryan on the Statement 'Artsakh Will Not Be Dissolved'
Former advisor to the president of occupied Artsakh, Vladimir Grigoryan, has stated on his Facebook page that the interview given to Azatutyun has sparked various speculations.
“For this reason, I find it necessary to clarify that this was my personal comment, which at this moment does not reflect any official position. I would also like to inform that I am not an advisor to Samvel Shahramanyan,” wrote Vladimir Grigoryan.
It is recalled that in the interview, Grigoryan stated that the decree on dissolving Artsakh no longer exists, and that from January 1, Artsakh will not be dissolved.
