Russia-Armenia-Azerbaijan Triangular Agreements Remain in Effect: Zakharova
The triangular agreements between Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan remain in effect. The parties have not withdrawn their signatures, and any attempts to annul these crucial documents are considered extremely dangerous due to the lack of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry.
