"Citizens Have Become Not Only Targets for Fines but Also for Taxes," Says Arthur Khachatryan
"Citizens have become not only targets for fines but also for taxes," said Arthur Khachatryan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction.
"If we are overloaded by 50%, then why do we want to turn 1,600 into 5,000? If we want to collect, how many days does the average vehicle remain there? If an average vehicle is there for, say, 17 days, then apply this sanction starting from the 18th day, why are you implementing it from the next day? The other issue is that we say a person wants to clear customs, but they don’t have money; if they don’t have money, we are just adding another financial burden. Ultimately, why are you pushing this person to a corner?" said Khachatryan. More details in the video.
