Today, the Parliament of Buenos Aires City adopted a resolution condemning the actions carried out by the Republic of Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh with a vote of 59 in favor and 1 abstention. This was reported by the Armenian Embassy in Argentina.
The resolution expresses condemnation and deep concern regarding the forced displacement of the Armenian population and the inhumane conditions created for them, which are linked to the actions carried out by the Republic of Azerbaijan that violate the ceasefire agreement, the blockade of the Lachin corridor, and the resumption of military operations in the Nagorno-Karabakh region. It also calls for the guarantee of the safety of civilians and respect for international humanitarian law.
