Rashid Beglaryan Detained by Baku Has Been Arrested

Rashid Beglaryan, detained by Azerbaijani border guards, has been arrested. This information has been reported by Azerbaijani media. It is noted that Beglaryan is allegedly involved in incidents that took place in Khojaly, and an investigation is currently underway based on the information he has provided.

It is worth mentioning that on August 1, it became known that Azerbaijani border guards had detained Rashid Beglaryan, a 61-year-old citizen of the Republic of Artsakh, who had wandered out of his village under the influence of alcohol and ended up in an area controlled by Azerbaijan.
