Ruben Hovsepyan, Brother of Former Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan, Acquitted
The criminal prosecution against Ruben Hovsepyan, the brother of former Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan, under Article 255, Part 3, Clause 3 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (Fraud) has been terminated.
This was reported by human rights defender Erik Aleksanyan.
The proceedings were closed on the basis of acquittal.
