Please Set a Lower Rent for Apartments and Houses for Those Displaced from Artsakh, Marukyan Says
Please set a lower rent for apartments and houses for our compatriots displaced by force from Artsakh. This statement was made by Ambassador-at-Large Edmon Marukyan.
"Dear compatriots, from Yerevan to all regional communities, I have a very important request. I ask you to set a lower rent for apartments and houses for our compatriots forcibly displaced from Artsakh, and not to raise prices based on market demand, as the currently formed 'market' demand has arisen due to the tragic events that have occurred with us.
Therefore, let us offer our available rental apartments at the lowest possible prices, even below pre-war and pre-crisis prices, if possible, with discounts. I kindly ask you to do this. We are all bearers of the same tragedy; we all must overcome this disaster together," he wrote.
