Every Refugee Wants to Return to Artsakh: Beglaryan
Every refugee wishes to return to Artsakh, expecting to receive strong guarantees for their safety and rights there. This was stated by the former State Minister of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, on his Twitter microblog.
“Will the international community continue to support the genocide of Artsakh through criminal inaction, or will it ensure a safe and dignified life for this indigenous people in their homeland?” he wrote.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan launched a large-scale attack against Artsakh on September 19. On September 24, the forced displacement of Armenians from Artsakh began. According to the latest data, 100,632 people have been transferred from Artsakh to Armenia.
