Israel Strikes Hamas Headquarters with Airstrikes

Israeli fighter jets have launched airstrikes on the headquarters of the Palestinian Hamas movement, according to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), as reported by RIA Novosti.

"The Israel Defense Forces targeted the headquarters of the Hamas terrorist organization and killed a Hamas military officer," the statement said.

Additionally, the IDF reported that overnight strikes were carried out against Hamas and military sites belonging to the Islamic Jihad, as well as a bank that finances the Palestinian movement.
