According to Azerbaijani media, the country's Ombudsman has visited the detention facility and met with Ruben Vardanyan. He was granted the opportunity to make a phone call to family members.
It is worth noting that Ruben Vardanyan, the State Minister of Artsakh, was arrested by Azerbaijan while traveling from Artsakh to Armenia. He has been detained for four months and is accused of financing terrorism.
