The former presidents of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan and Arkadi Ghukasian, along with the chairman of the Artsakh National Assembly, David Ishkhanyan, have reportedly been captured. This information was disclosed by 24news, citing Azerbaijani media.

It is also noted that the Minister of State for Nagorno-Karabakh, Artur Harutyunyan, Minister of Internal Affairs Karen Sargsyan, Director of the National Security Service Ararat Melkumyan, and the Head of the Presidential Administration of Nagorno-Karabakh are already in Armenia.
