Artsakh Night Passed Without Military Clashes, Says Military Journalist
Military journalist David Torosyan posted on Facebook, stating that as of 10 AM, the night in Artsakh passed without military clashes, and there were no recorded sounds of explosions or shelling.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan launched a large-scale attack against Artsakh on September 19. Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire along the entire contact line, executing missile and artillery strikes.
On September 20, it became known that the authorities of Artsakh accepted the proposal from the Russian peacekeeping mission’s command regarding a ceasefire.
On September 21, mediated by Russian peacekeepers, a meeting took place in Azerbaijani Yevlakh between representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan.
