«The Meeting in Yevlakh is Followed by the Meeting in Shushi» – Journalist Tatul Hakobyan
New Armenian-Azerbaijani interactions have followed the negotiations held in Yevlakh. Journalist Tatul Hakobyan wrote about this on Facebook:
“On September 22, the President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, ascended to Shushi from Stepanakert, where he met with the Director of the Azerbaijani State Security Service, Ali Nagiev. I do not wish to discuss the details of this meeting, but I want to emphasize that such interactions are crucial at this difficult time. It is regrettable that the authorities of Artsakh only realized after bringing a new catastrophe upon our people that direct communication is extremely important. That is all for now.”
