Russian Peacekeepers Evacuate 5,000 Civilians in Artsakh: Russian Defense Ministry
Russian peacekeepers have evacuated 5,000 civilians from the Martakert, Martuni, and Askeran regions of Nagorno-Karabakh. This information has been provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the situation that has arisen as a result of Azerbaijan's military operations in Artsakh. Since the beginning of active military actions, peacekeepers have evacuated more than 3,100 people from the Martakert, Martuni, and Askeran regions of Nagorno-Karabakh. Among those evacuated, 1,428 are children. All evacuees are currently located with the peacekeeping contingent, where they are provided with rest and hot meals.
