Enemy Presence Noted in Stepanakert Neighborhoods, Says Khanumyan
There is an enemy presence in numerous settlements, including neighborhoods of Stepanakert. This was stated by Hayk Khanumyan, the former Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh.
“This is the heaviest day for Artsakh. The country is divided into several parts by the enemy, with enemy presence noted in multiple settlements, including neighborhoods of Stepanakert. Displaced individuals arriving from various settlements on the right and left. People searching among the injured and deceased for their loved ones. Continuously updating tragic news about relatives and friends,” he wrote.
Earlier, it was reported that Azerbaijanis have positioned themselves near the entrances of Stepanakert since yesterday and have set up roadblocks on the roads leading to Stepanakert from the surrounding regions.
