De-facto Authorities of Armenia Have Not Congratulated New President of Artsakh, Says Expert
Expert Varuzhan Geghamyan writes:
“As of now, the de-facto authorities of the Republic of Armenia have not congratulated the new president of the Republic of Artsakh. Meanwhile, there have been condemning statements regarding the elections from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Great Britain, Pakistan, and the European Union. The picture is very clear. There is nothing extraordinary in the fact that the de-facto authorities of Armenia do not congratulate the newly elected president of Artsakh. After all, they recognize Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan, just like Turkey and Azerbaijan do. It remains for the Armenian people to know what to do.”
