Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on the Independence of Artsakh
The rights and security of the people of Artsakh are inseparable from their inalienable right to self-determination. This was stated by former Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on his Twitter page.
“The use of force by Azerbaijan, total blockade, starvation, risks of displacement, ethnic cleansing, and slow genocide reinforce the right of Artsakh to be independent,” he added.
