I Am Going to Sotk with My Team: Andranik Tevanyan

Andranik Tevanyan, the mayoral candidate from the "Mother Armenia" alliance, made a statement accompanied by a video, saying: "Azerbaijan has launched an attack today. Unfortunately, we have 2 casualties and 1 wounded. The enemy has not ceased fire. In light of the current situation, we are canceling our campaign meetings in Yerevan today. My team and I are heading towards Sotk to get acquainted with the situation on the ground and to be with our compatriots."

It should be noted that the Ministry of Defense announced that by 13:50 there was no change in the situation. The Azerbaijani armed forces continue firing from small arms and mortars in the direction of Sotk and Norabak.

Earlier today, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia reported that the enemy, on August 31, had been spreading disinformation periodically, creating an informational basis for the next provocation, and starting from September 1, at 07:50, it opened intense fire towards the Armenian positions located in the Sotk area.

As a result of Azerbaijan's provocations, the Armenian side has 2 casualties and one wounded. The Ministry of Defense also previously stated that the enemy is using mortars.
