The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, is set to resign today. This information is reported by the Bagramyan26 Telegram channel, which is associated with the current Armenian authorities. According to the publication, Harutyunyan will transfer his powers to the Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh.
It is noted that the current Secretary of the Security Council is Samvel Shahramanyan, who was appointed to this position on January 16, 2023.
