Toyota Halts Operations at All Factories in the Country
Toyota has halted operations at all its factories in the country due to a large-scale system failure.
Overall, Toyota Motor has 14 assembly plants in Japan. Due to malfunctions, the world’s largest automaker is unable to order components for vehicle production. The reasons behind the disruptions remain unknown, but it has been indicated that the problems are of a systemic nature.
Restoration timelines for the factories have also not been announced. At the same time, the Japanese automotive conglomerate has not issued any official statements regarding the situation.
