Arman Tatoyan: Cases of Starvation in Artsakh are Real
The former Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan has addressed the issue of starvation in Artsakh: “The cases of starvation in Artsakh are real.”
“I just spoke with the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Gegham Stepanyan, and we examined the documents. We are currently conducting urgent evidence recording, including necessary translations. However, we must not forget that this is a result of Azerbaijan's deliberately fascist policies, a consequence of pathological hatred towards ethnic Armenian identity, and the notion of peace is an absolute falsehood,” Tatoyan stated.
