Vnukovo Airport Airspace Closed
Moscow's Vnukovo Airport has temporarily suspended operations due to a potential threat from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This information has been reported by RIA Novosti, citing a representative from Moscow's emergency services.
"Starting from 09:40, temporary restrictions have been imposed on aircraft flights and landings. For security reasons, some flights have been redirected to other airports in Moscow," stated the airport.
Earlier last night, Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports had already suspended their flights and landings. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that military forces had thwarted attempts by the Kyiv regime to carry out terrorist attacks using drones in several regions of Russia, including Moscow.
