Complaints About Veolia Water Have Increased, The System Needs Major Investments: Garegin Baghramyan
Recently, we have been receiving regular complaints regarding the supply from "Veolia Water." This was stated by Garegin Baghramyan, the chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia, during a press briefing after the Government meeting.
He clarified that the number of complaints usually increases during the summer months. “Yes, we are monitoring the situation, and every complaint receives a response. We are also documenting problems, as certain issues arise due to the limited investment environment in the system, and significant investments are needed,” said Baghramyan.
