VIDEO: Water Crisis is Already in the Republic of Armenia, Says Pashinyan

There is a need for a change in attitude towards water at all levels, as the water crisis has essentially reached Armenia. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government meeting.

“The water crisis is exacerbated by the fact that it is a global crisis. In Armenia, this crisis deepens due to the virtually absent or deteriorated infrastructure, as well as our attitude towards water. If we travel through the communities or regions, we will be surprised at the scale of the water problem. Recently, during my visit to Gegharkunik Province, I sadly responded that one of the largest villages in the republic, Nerk'in Getashen, is facing a severe water issue,” said Pashinyan.
