Toivo Klaar is in Yerevan
The EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, is in Yerevan, where he was received today by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister's office, Grigoryan and Klaar discussed regional developments, including the prospects for restoring and organizing the railway communication between Eraskh, Julfa, Meghri, and Horadiz, as well as issues related to the further work of the commission on demarcation and border security.
Before his arrival, Klaar tweeted, "Departing for Yerevan to continue the EU's high-level engagement." The EU Special Representative will leave Yerevan for Baku.
