Don't Overestimate, If the Road Cannot Pass This Way, It Will Pass That Way: Pashinyan on Tigranashen and Other Enclaves

During a meeting with the Armenian community in Moldova at the Manuk Bey Palace, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan responded to questions about the fate of Tigranashen and other enclaves. He urged not to overestimate this issue.

A representative from the Armenian community raised concerns that if Tigranashen passes to Azerbaijan, it would create significant security problems, cutting off the road from Vayots Dzor to YereASKh.

In response, Pashinyan stated that "there is no enclave that will present us with an insurmountable road problem. If the road cannot pass this way, it will pass that way."

During the meeting with the Armenian community, Pashinyan also mentioned that meetings at the level of foreign ministers will take place in Washington starting June 12, and a trilateral meeting is planned in Moscow on June 2 regarding the opening of regional communications. Charles Michel has also expressed a desire to organize a five-party meeting in Spain this autumn.

During the five-party meeting, the Armenian side reaffirmed its agreement to the opening of regional communications under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia for the routes passing through our territory.
