Handing Over Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan Violates Armenians' Rights: Zatulin
The First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma's Committee on the Commonwealth of Independent States, Eurasian Integration, and Relations with Compatriots, Konstantin Zatulin, stated in an interview with the radio station Gorkit Moskva that handing over Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan constitutes a violation of the rights of Armenians.
He made this comment in light of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement regarding the recognition of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, which includes Nagorno-Karabakh.
Zatulin is confident that residents of Nagorno-Karabakh who refuse to accept Azerbaijani citizenship will face expulsion.
“As for Nagorno-Karabakh, as they say, one does not weep over milk spilled,” he added.
