The series of incidents and tragic events in the Armed Forces of Armenia is a result of prioritizing PR campaigns over the actual management of troops and the degradation of personnel potential. This was stated by Gegham Manukyan, an opposition MP from the 'Hayastan' faction, in a conversation with reporters on August 24.
