The Judicial System Must Be Dismantled and Rebuilt from Scratch: Pashinyan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has harshly criticized Armenia's judicial system during a discussion of the government's program in the National Assembly, holding it accountable for various decisions made in several cases.
Pashinyan specifically referred to Gagik Tsarukyan's political force, asserting that it distributed electoral bribes during the last elections. “Is there even one person in Armenia who does not know that, for example, Gagik Tsarukyan's political force distributed electoral bribes in all elections in the previous period?” Pashinyan stated.
He also criticized the judicial system's handling of these cases, questioning who will be held accountable for the decisions made. “If anyone involved in these bribery cases ends up being free, it means our judicial system must not just be reformed, but dismantled and rebuilt from scratch,” Pashinyan declared.
