Russia and Ukraine Exchange Prisoners in Belarus

Russia and Ukraine have conducted a prisoner exchange in Belarus under the format of "10 for 10." Ten Ukrainian citizens and ten Russian soldiers have returned to their homeland as a result of this exchange. This was reported by the Belarusian TV channel "Первый информационный."

Belarus provided the location for the humanitarian mission. It is mentioned that the process of returning the prisoners was carried out under the instruction of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. According to the Belarusian side, the exchange was conducted in accordance with international humanitarian law.
