Tigranashen Will Be an Example of Artsakh: Narek Karapetyan

The head of the "Strong Armenia" faction, Narek Karapetyan, stated that the ongoing processes around Tigranashen could replicate the example of Artsakh. "In Tigranashen, they will create the same model as they did in Artsakh—buildings, resettlers," Karapetyan said during a briefing.

According to him, during the pre-election period, the authorities did not inform the residents of Tigranashen about the possible territorial handover but instead used the term "territorial optimization."

Karapetyan noted that when opposition figures raised concerns about Tigranashen, they were consistently accused of spreading "bad news." He argued that if the ongoing process is not halted and no political change occurs, Armenia could face even greater problems in the future.
