We Must Urgently Find This Terrorist: Erdogan on Attack on 'Turkish House' in the USA
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has responded to the attack on the 'Turkish House' in New York. He referred to the assailant who attacked the Consulate General located in Manhattan as a terrorist. Erdogan called on U.S. authorities to urgently locate the attacker.
“A man broke the window of the 'Turkish House'. Shouldn't we tell American authorities, security forces that they must quickly find this terrorist? They must do what is required. How would they react to such an incident in Turkey?” the head of state said during a speech in Istanbul. The broadcast was carried out by local television channels.
