Baku Ready to Normalize Relations with Yerevan, Bayramov Says
Negotiations between Iranian Foreign Minister Mirzoyan, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov have commenced in Moscow. In his opening remarks, Bayramov noted:
“Since the end of last year, there was a noticeable stagnation in the negotiation process, and we fundamentally assess positively that since May, the dynamics of the negotiations have been consistent and positive. Meetings have already taken place with the teams involved in the implementation of the peace agreement, and we believe that our leaders' meeting and today’s negotiations will also be constructive and fruitful.”
Bayramov emphasized that Baku is ready to normalize relations with Yerevan.
