Russia Ready for Dialogue but Has Demands from Armenia: Ovechuk
Russia is prepared to engage in constructive dialogue with Armenia regarding phytosanitary control issues. This was stated by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Ovechuk.
"It's not a matter of whether Armenia will recover or not, but rather that the requirements for phytosanitary control must be met. Naturally, we are ready for such constructive dialogue. However, unfortunately, we see that there are certain issues on the Armenian side, and accordingly, such dialogue is taking place," Ovechuk said.
Referring to issues related to Armenian products, he clarified: "It's not that they are of poor quality, but there are pests and diseases present."
