Wildberries Withdraws Low-Rated Products from Sale
The marketplace Wildberries has begun removing products from its online platform that have a customer rating of 3 or lower out of a possible 5. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
"The online platform is starting to halt the supply of products that receive complaints from customers due to poor quality. In addition, Wildberries has previously strengthened control over the presence of labeling on products," the statement said.
Earlier, employees at Wildberries outlets decided to go on strike. The reason was the platform's new policy, which deprived staff responsible for product delivery of their right to contest exchanges.
