Fourth Program to Support Economic Operators in Artsakh Adopted: State Minister
In order to mitigate the economic consequences of the blockade of the Republic of Artsakh, the fourth program to provide support to economic entities was adopted today. The State Minister of Artsakh, Gurgen Nersisyan, announced this on his Facebook page.
“As previously stated, support will not be provided to those entities that have committed administrative violations that led to price increases,” he wrote.
