The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh has issued a statement indicating that Azerbaijan opened fire on civilians engaged in agricultural work. Fortunately, there are no reported injuries.
On March 22, a report was received at the Martuni regional police department that at approximately 09:30 in the morning, residents of the city of Chartar—H. Harutynyan, A. Ghahramanyan, M. Jivanyan, G. Ghukasyan, K. Davtyan, A. Adamyan, and D. Davtyan—were targeted by gunfire from Azerbaijani forces while they were working in vineyards located in an area referred to as "Khlazin Dzor" within the administrative boundaries of Chartar.
