Formation of 'Operational Headquarters-2' in Artsakh
The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports that Tigran Petrosyan, a representative of the NGO sector in Artsakh, held meetings over the weekend with high-ranking officials of the Republic of Artsakh, including Prosecutor General Gurgen Nersisyan, Arayik Harutyunyan, Samvel Babayan, and Ruben Vardanyan. He proposed the establishment of a committee attached to the president, which would serve as a platform for discussing various issues, have an advisory role, and undertake certain responsibilities of the President of Artsakh.
He stated that Arayik Harutyunyan agreed to his proposal. Political circles are convinced that this committee will become 'Operational Headquarters-2'. The founder of the previous one was Ruben Vardanyan, which became the target of criticism for gathering his people and imposing the headquarters' decisions on the state apparatus.
Now, the advisory body will, in essence, be under the supervision of the future state minister, and its composition is also taking shape, including individuals who will serve as a political support base for the state minister. Among the names mentioned are, of course, Tigran Petrosyan, Arthur Osipyann, former Minister of Health Mikayel Hayriyan, and others.
