Actor Rafael Yeranosyan Involved in Car Accident

Today, on February 21, a major car accident occurred in the Armavir region. Around 13:10, on the 36 km section of the Yerevan-Armavir highway, in the administrative area of Metsamor, a collision took place between a Toyota CRH and a VAZ 2106 vehicle.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, the driver and passenger of the '06' were given first aid on-site by the driver of the Toyota CRH and the on-duty medical team from the 'Metsamor' medical center, after which they were taken to the 'Armavir' medical center. Shortly after, the driver of the Toyota came to the 'Metsamor' medical center for medical examination.

The police and investigative department are working to determine the identities of the drivers and the injured parties. According to preliminary information, the accident was caused by the driver of the '06', who created an emergency situation for the Toyota driver while heading towards Armavir, which led to the accident. The driver of the Toyota was subjected to sobriety testing on-site and was found to be sober.
