Moscow Sees Erdogan as a Leader of 'Special Caliber'
Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolotov has stated that Moscow views Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as a leader of "special caliber," according to TASS.
The diplomat noted that Erdogan demonstrates through his actions that he is ready to pursue policies in favor of his people, despite external pressures, rather than following the directives of third countries.
Syromolotov added that the dynamic development of multi-faceted cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Turkey is based on mutually respectful dialogue, grounded in their own interests while considering the national priorities of their partner.
