Zelensky: Putin Is Nobody to Me
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has stated that he is not interested in negotiations with Russia's leader, Vladimir Putin, according to Ukrainian media.
"I simply want them to end the war as soon as possible and leave our country as soon as possible. I can confidently say that if they leave our territory, the war will stop, end," added the head of state.
According to him, after the start of the Russian special military operation, Putin became "nobody" to him. "I am not interested in him. Meeting with him, talking to him is not interesting. I really don't understand who makes decisions in Russia," Zelensky said in an interview with British Sky News.
Earlier, Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, had stated that negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv are currently impossible because there are no de facto or de jure conditions for them.
