The Armenian Government Should Not Determine the Fate of Artsakh: Pashinyan
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, in response to journalists' questions, emphasized that since 2018, the position of the Armenian authorities has been that it is not the Armenian government that should determine the fate of Artsakh.
“Today, our task is to support the people of Artsakh, the Armenian community, to continue living in Artsakh, to remain Armenian, to consider themselves Armenian, Artsakhtsi, and to have the opportunity to live in a safe environment. Essentially, since 2018, our position has been that it is not the Armenian government that should decide the fate and relations of Artsakh. The people of Artsakh themselves must decide and should be in communication, including with the authorities of Azerbaijan,” said Pashinyan.
