Immediate Action Needed to End the Blockade: Mike Garcia
The U.S. and its allies must impose swift sanctions on Azerbaijan if the blockade is not lifted immediately. "The blockade of essential supplies such as food, medicine, and energy in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) is a humanitarian crisis. The Biden administration must categorically oppose this. Immediate action is needed to end the blockade that is endangering the lives of Armenians. This behavior is a pattern stemming from Azerbaijan's aggressive campaign against the Armenian people. The U.S. and our allies must address this crisis and impose quick sanctions against Azerbaijan if the blockade is not lifted immediately," said U.S. Representative Mike Garcia.
