Putin Grants Ruben Vardanyan's Request to Renounce Russian Citizenship
Russian President Vladimir Putin has granted Ruben Vardanyan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, his request to renounce Russian citizenship.
According to TASS, this information is stated in the relevant decree. It is noteworthy that Vardanyan lived in Russia before becoming Prime Minister, held citizenship of the country, and has repeatedly been included in the list of the richest people in the country.
