Podolyak States When the Russo-Ukrainian Conflict May End
Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Ukrainian president's office, stated in an interview with Bild that the conflict between Russia and Ukraine could conclude this winter.
Podolyak emphasized that Kyiv does not intend to undertake any military operations within Russian territory. “We are conducting exclusively defensive military operations. We understand that we cannot leave an unfinished conflict, as was done in 2014-2015,” he said.
According to him, Ukraine will negotiate after it “takes back all the territory it considers its own.” However, Podolyak did not specify which territories he was referring to.
