Construction of Ajapnyak Metro Station Must Begin, Says Pashinyan
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, addressed the issue of the construction of the Ajapnyak Metro Station during a cabinet meeting.
According to him, “We must start the construction of the Ajapnyak station in 2024. But I also want to draw attention to two important points. We need to work with the Yerevan Municipality to increase metro passenger flows and build the city's transportation system accordingly. Secondly, we are allocating 650 million drams. We are not only providing significant funds for the Metro but also for various other occasions. The effectiveness of spending is a fundamentally important issue.”
