This Will Not Please Moscow: Daniel Ioannisyan
Daniel Ioannisyan, the program coordinator of the Open Society Foundations-Armenia, wrote: “Armenia and Azerbaijan are prepared to mutually recognize each other’s territorial integrity, while EU observers are temporarily being deployed on the Armenian side of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. The details of all this are still unclear. But one thing is certain: This will not please Moscow.”
It should be reminded that earlier it became known that a statement was adopted at the quadrilateral meeting in Prague.
