Putin Signs Document Granting Benefits to Mobilized Citizens and Their Families
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law that exempts mobilized citizens and their families from paying penalties for housing and utility services. The document was published today on the official legal information portal.
According to the document, "Citizens of the Russian Federation who have signed a service contract for military service in connection with mobilization for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and their family members are exempted, until the termination of the specified contract, from the accumulation of penalties for late and/or insufficient payment of housing and utility service fees, as well as contributions for major repairs of common property in multi-apartment buildings."
