Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated in an interview with journalists in Prague that the normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations and the opening of the border depend on specific conditions. This information was reported by the Turkish newspaper Milliyet.
“We are simply saying, sign the peace agreement with Azerbaijan, and from that moment on, there will be no issues concerning us; the borders will be opened,” he said.
