Armenia to Appeal to The Hague Today Over Azerbaijan's War Crimes
Armenia will submit an application to the International Court of Justice today. This was announced to NEWS.am by Hasmik Samvelyan, spokesperson for the Armenian representative on international legal matters.
Samvelyan noted that the grounds for the appeal to the International Court of Justice are Azerbaijan's commission of war crimes, stating: “The appeal will be based on racial discrimination, targeting of civilian objects, and several other grounds.”
